Competitor prices come from each vendor's public pricing, checked between August and November 2026, and may have changed since. These services also include things Pro doesn't, such as summaries, meeting bots and video editing. If you need those, they are the right tool. If you only need the text, you are paying for features you won't use.

Questions
Is the free version still free?
Yes. The free mode runs in your browser with no limits on file length, number of files or languages, and it stays that way. Pro is for when you want a stronger model and faster results.
Does Pro translate or summarize?
No, and that is on purpose. Pro only transcribes, which is why the price per hour is low. You can paste a finished transcript into any tool you like for summaries or translation.
How are hours counted?
By the length of the audio or video you transcribe, not by how long processing takes.
Is it a subscription?
No. Each plan is a one-time purchase of transcription hours.
What happens to my file?
In Pro, your file is processed on our servers and deleted automatically as soon as processing is finished. The free mode never uploads anything.
Do I need an account?
No. You get a key, paste it on this page and your browser remembers it. Please don't share your key with others.
